Ester Vilajoana Eduardo

With a degree in Business Administration and MBA’91 from ESADE, Ester is founder and director of BCN COACHING SOLUTIONS.

Before discovering her true passion, coaching, and reorienting her career towards serving people, Ester accumulated a wide and varied experience of 16 years in the business world, starting as an employee and then going freelance: Six years in Consumer Goods Marketing in multinationals (Henkel, Pepsico, Myrurgia), three years as an independent Marketing consultant for SMEs and seven years as an entrepreneur, co-creator and manager of an innovative children’s store concept (Babystock).

Ester Vilajoana has also completed the First Cycle of the Degree in Psychology at the UOC (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya) and has been trained at the highest international level in coaching and training at the most recognized centers in the United States and Great Britain. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPCC) by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI-USA) – accredited by ICF- and also has a specialization in each area in which BCN COACHING SOLUTIONS works. Ester has developed the high level of services that BCN COACHING SOLUTIONS offers leveraging the following qualifications:

Certificate in Personal Coaching by The Coaching Academy (UK).

Licensed Career Coach by Firework Coaching Co (UK).

Professional Youth Impact Coach (Diploma in Coaching of adolescents and the educational community that accompanies them) by The Coaching Academy (UK). Ester was the first coach in Spain to receive a diploma in Youth Impact Coaching (a diploma that can only be obtained in London) and was a pioneer in Barcelona in offering coaching for teenagers and their families.

Licensed Team Coach by Team Coaching International (USA) and Accredited Coach in the BELBIN methodology by BELBIN Associates (UK). As an expert and regular user of ORSC tools, Ester works with couples (a “a team of two”) using the most advanced methodologies from a systemic coaching perspective.

Certified in P1 of Transformative Mindfulness by Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw (Canada).

Authorized administrator of DISC Personality System by PeopleKeys (USA) and Print Survey by Print Strategies for Coaches (USA).

Ester works with clients in Catalan, Spanish, English, French and Italian, having lived in different countries throughout her life and learning the different languages of her countries of origin.
