Ester Vilajoana Eduardo
Before discovering her true passion, coaching and training, and reorienting her career towards serving people, Ester accumulated a wide and varied experience of 16 years in the business world, starting as an employee and then becoming self-employed:
Six years in FMCG Marketing in multinationals (Henkel, Pepsico, Myrurgia-Puig), three years as an independent marketing consultant for SMEs and seven years as an entrepreneur, co-creator and manager of an innovative children’s store concept (Babystock, a pioneer outlet in Spain).
Alicia Marín Muniesa
Alicia is dedicated to Coaching and Training, collaborating with national and international consultancies since 2008. Previously Alicia acquired a wide and varied experience of 18 years in the business world. She worked in FMCG multinationals both in Germany and Spain (Henkel, Schwarzkopf Professional), where she held various positions within HR, Trade Marketing and Marketing.
