Why the “ESTRELLA” program in high school?
The Star Program, for 1st and 2nd year high school students, is a leadership program to empower students and help them, through self-knowledge (of their strengths and values), to make important decisions (such as deciding what career path to take and what to study next).
The workshops also include training in emotional and stress management tools, preparing them to be their best selves in exams (at a time when grades can be very important for career choice) and to deal with difficult situations that they may encounter throughout their lives.
With BCN COACHING SOLUTIONS teenagers move forward and prepare themselves to take a leap forward in the best direction.
Teen Programs Testimonials
The recommendations of our satisfied customers have always been the driving force behind our success.
“I feel fortunate to have been able to do the Star Program at the school. I think it has provided us with knowledge that, yes or yes, we will use now (being high school students) and always. Learn how to manage stress, for example, in a simple, practical way… and that really works! It is very powerful!
And above all, I have found that what we have done in the workshops has been key to deepen our knowledge of ourselves and not decide the career by discarding, or only “looking outside” or the doors that studying something can open for you. I started the course with many doubts, and with anxiety for not knowing what to do next year. And now I am calm and confident that my career choice for next year is a wise one considering who I am and what I really value in life.”
