At the end of any intervention with a team, BCN COACHING SOLUTIONS asks the participants to evaluate our work. Both qualitatively and quantitatively (exhaustively, for each of the objectives pursued in the workshops), and anonymously to enhance the authenticity of responses and gather valuable opinions that will help us to continue to improve.

At the quantitative level:

The average overall rating of the workshops conducted with management teams of educational institutions has always been between 8.2 and 10 out of 10.

The average rating of BCN COACHING SOLUTIONS workshop facilitators (for “clearly expressing the issues” and “making the session dynamic”) has always been 9 out of 10 or higher.
