At the end of any intervention with a team, whether the Team Diagnostic Assessment is used or not, BCN COACHING SOLUTIONS asks the participants to evaluate our work. Both quantitatively (exhaustively, for each of the objectives pursued in the workshops) and qualitatively. And anonymously in order to enhance the authenticity of the answers and collect valuable opinions that help us to continue improving.
